Shipping Policy – Sandooqcha Stencils
Processing Time
All stencils are made to order. Handling time is 2–3 business days for production.
Orders are processed the next business day. We are closed on Sundays; orders placed after 11:59 PM Saturday (PKT) will be processed on Monday.
Delivery Options (Pakistan)
Standard courier delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your city and courier workload.
Urgent/Express delivery (TCS Overnight, Leopard Overnight, etc.) is available on request; all additional charges are paid by the customer.
Couriers generally do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather, or courier delays. We cannot guarantee third-party courier timelines.
Return & Reshipment
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or order refusal, the customer is responsible for reshipment charges.
International Shipping
All international orders are subject to duties, taxes, and miscellaneous fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.
Returned international packages may still incur duties, taxes, and shipping fees, which will be deducted from the refund.
Delivery delays by international shippers are beyond our control; contact the carrier directly for inquiries.
